Customer Care

ORDER INFORMATION

Every piece of Daisy Grice jewellery is specially made to order by me in my Birmingham workshop – Each piece has a different lead time which is outlined in the product details. Once you have placed you order I will be in contact thanking you for supporting my small business and sending you updates on the manufacturing of your new piece along with an estimated delivery date. If you have a tight deadline, please get in contact before ordering as there is every chance, I may be able to help you.

RING SIZING

If you are wanting to order a ring but are unsure on size, fear not - there are ways we can work it out. The best way to be sized correctly is to kindly ask a professional at a local jewellery store. If you are unable to do this then I am able to send you a reusable ring sizer in the post which you can then use yourself and send me the size. Please note if you do order a specific size and the item does not fit, I can alter it for you but at an additional small fee to include the additional postage costs. If you are buying the item as a surprise and do not know the finger size please get in contact and I will try my best to help you.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

I am happy to offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery service which is tracked and requires a signature and will arrive within 24 hours of posting.

International orders will be sent via Royal mail tracked and signed which estimates 5-10 working days from the day of posting.

RETURNS

Due to every piece being made to order I unfortunately cannot offer refunds however in the unlikely event that you are for some reason unsatisfied with your item then I would be happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note so please get in contact with me within 7 days of you receiving your item and I will be happy to assist you further.

JEWELLERY CARE

To keep your jewellery looking it's best when not worn keep it in its rightful box, if you have a silver piece you can use a silver cloth to keep it shiny and prevent tarnishing. If the piece has diamonds you can use some hot soapy water and a soft tooth brush to get any dirt off from around the stones. If you have a piece with black nylon then you can wash it with warm water but be careful not to scratch it as it can risk the black dye coming off. As all items are made in England I do offer a re conditioning service at a small charge to return your piece to it's former glory.
