Shipping policy
UK Customers
All UK orders will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service. This is a tracked and signed for service. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a copy of the tracking number for your reference.
European Customers
All orders within Europe will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked and Signed service. This is a tracked and signed service which usually take 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a copy of the tracking number for your reference.
Worldwide Customers
All worldwide orders will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked and Signed service. This is a tracked and signed service which usually take 5-7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a copy of the tracking number for your reference.
Customs Charges
Customers outside of the UK may incur customs charges and import duties and or VAT dependent on the order value and are payable by the person receiving the goods. Daisy Grice Jewellery holds no responsibility for the paying of these charges.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcel
Daisy Grice Jewellery is not responsible for the loss or damage of a parcel once it has been shipped. Please track your parcel using the Royal Mail tracker and contact Royal Mail directly if there are any issues.
