Refund policy

We hope you will love your new piece of Daisy Grice Jewellery, however, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please write to us directly so we can help you find a solution.  

Refunds

Daisy is happy to offer a full refund for orders made through this website if the item is returned within 14 days of buyers receipt of the order. To be given a refund the order must be returned to Daisy Grice Jewellery in it's original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. 

Exchanges 

Daisy is happy to offer a credit note or exchange within 30 days of your online purchase if it is past the 14 days refund policy.

Exempt Items

Please be aware that bespoke, one of a kind and customer specific orders are exempt from the refund and exchange policy unless Daisy Grice Jewellery has agreed otherwise with the customer directly.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please get in contact with Daisy Grice Jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos to show the damage or fault. Once you have notified us please wait for us to confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to Daisy Grice Jewellery to the postal address included in the confirmation.

Buyers responsibilty

Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for the payment of the return delivery and remain responsible for the item(s) until they reach Daisy Grice Jewellery and we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost of damaged during return postage/ shipping. When returning an item we ask you to use a service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.

Processing your return

Upon receipt of the item(s) being returned safely and undamaged the Paypal account or credit or debit card originally used will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the initial delivery charges. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please note that your bank may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
